About Amanda Anderson. . . I don’t remember when I wasn’t a gardener. First, trailing behind my grandmother, and later, my mother, I was learning and absorbing before I understood the meaning of terms like ornamental or dormant.
I never stopped playing in the dirt. As an art student, I concentrated on three-dimensional design. It wasn’t until I had spent seven years in the accounting world (now immensely useful for finishing jobs on time and in budget!), that I merged my love of gardening and art to forge a landscaping career.
For the past 20 years, I have designed a variety of residential and commercial projects; worked as an estimator for larger firms, meeting with owners, architects and superintendents; and coordinated with all trades for successful project completion.
About the crews . . . I work with the best people in the business! My installers not only have more than 30 years experience, they also take personal interest in each project and have great pride in their work.

About my suppliers . . . I regularly attend trade shows and visit growers’ sites to stay abreast of new plant development and an expanded market place.
